Browser workflow

Turn multi-tab research into a recap you can reopen.

BrowserBud can combine screen or extension context with saved notes, activity, history, and a finished-session recap. The point is not to capture everything. It is to preserve the decisions and evidence you would otherwise have to reconstruct.

Direct answerStart a BrowserBud session, choose the least-invasive capture mode that can see what you need, ask questions while you browse, explicitly save important context, and finish the session to produce a recap. Review the recap against the original sources before treating it as authoritative.

The four-step workflow

  1. Choose screen share, extension context, or multimodal mode based on the task and privacy boundary.
  2. Browse normally and ask page-specific questions instead of copying every passage into a separate chat.
  3. Say “add a note” or “remember this” for facts and decisions that should survive the live conversation.
  4. Finish the session, open History or Memory, and verify the recap against the source pages.
Useful output

A concise recap, saved notes, recent turns, and an activity trail—not a claim that every tab was perfectly understood.

Use it for

  • Competitive research where sources and decisions need to travel together.
  • Product or content review sessions that span several pages.
  • Learning sessions where the useful result is a reusable summary, not a one-off answer.

Test the workflow on non-sensitive research.

Confirm capture, storage, and model settings before using private or regulated material.
